Getting started
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. Nothing to install, learn, or log into. If you can read a text, you're qualified.
I don't use Xero or QuickBooks. Can you still help?
Yes. A weekly list of who owes you what is enough, however you keep it. Plenty of well-run businesses live in a notebook.
How long does setup take?
Usually two or three days from our first call. Your first reminders can be going out within the week.
How much of my time does this take?
Half an hour for the first call. About ten seconds every Monday after that.
How it works
Will this upset my customers?
No. Every reminder is polite, professional, and in your name and voice. You set a protected list for anyone needing gentle handling, and nothing firm ever goes without your approval. Done properly, chasing signals you run a tight ship. Customers respect that.
Is this debt collection?
No. Your customers pay you directly, exactly as before. I make sure asking is professional and never forgotten. No enforcement, no doorstep anything, ever.
Who actually writes the emails?
I do, with careful modern tools, and I personally review every single one before it goes anywhere. Nothing is ever fired off unread.
What happens when a customer replies?
It lands with you, as normal, because the reminder came from your address. Most replies are apologies with a payment date attached.
What if an invoice is disputed?
All chasing on it stops immediately and I flag it to you. Disputes are conversations for you, not reminders from me.
What if I've got a big backlog of unpaid invoices?
Then you're exactly who this helps most. £199 covers up to 40 live invoices at a time; above that, we agree a fair fixed price on the call.
Money and terms
What does it cost?
£199 a month, everything included, no VAT added. Founding clients pay no setup fee.
Is there a contract?
No. Rolling monthly. Cancel with a text, and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. No notice period, no exit fee.
What's the guarantee?
If I don't recover more than my fee in your first 60 days, those months are free.
Your information
Is my business information safe?
Yes. Your data lives in its own secure account, separate from every other client, protected under UK data protection law. I never sell it, share it, or mix it.
What happens if I leave?
Everything is handed back to you or deleted, your choice, in full, within 30 days. Clean break, no hostages.
